MOD – Council of Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Associations (CFRCA)
Following on from work for the MOD, that saw the development of EMSAS, a bespoke environmental management system for the Army, Southern Consulting is working with the Council of Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association to develop an environmental systems for the Volunteer Estate. This engages all 9 regional RFCAs and developing the MIS to develop systems to provide accurate data to the units and up to the MOD for government reporting.

National petrol producer - Arabian Gulf
Southern Consulting, in conjunction with SEQM and Sovereign Strategy, has been involved with developing management systems and skills development to enable the company to write a world-class CSR report. The work entails development procedures and guidance notes, leading implementation teams and gathering data for use in the report.

Regional architectural and construction companies
Southern Consulting has helped local construction companies to develop integrated management systems that have successfully be certificated to under a single certificate to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OIHSAS 18001.
